I need to cancel a transfer-in request that I made. How can I cancel it?
Cancellation is available only for a very short time. Please check the status of the transfer-in request and if the status is still "Receipted" or "Inspection," then you can cancel the transfer request. If the "Cancel" button does not appear on the screen, cancellation is not available. Your customer should ask their current (losing) registrar to disapprove the transfer request.
